These Terms govern your use of Castle of Shadows (the “Game”), published by Singreybuilds (“we”, “us”). By installing or playing the Game you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.
§ 01Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the Game on devices you own or control, for non-commercial entertainment use. All other rights are reserved.
§ 02Intellectual property
The Game, including its code, art, music, sound effects, characters, names, and trademarks, is owned by Singreybuilds and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may capture in-game screenshots and short clips for personal, non-commercial sharing (streams, reviews, social posts) with attribution.
§ 03Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the Game beyond what applicable law allows;
- Use cheats, exploits, automation tools, or unauthorised third-party software to gain an unfair advantage;
- Sell, sublicense, rent, or redistribute the Game or any part of it;
- Use the Game in a way that violates law or the rights of others.
§ 04Updates
We may release updates that change, add, or remove features. We will try to keep your saved progress compatible across updates, but we cannot guarantee it in all cases (e.g. major version migrations).
§ 05No warranty
The Game is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
§ 06Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Singreybuilds shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game. Our total liability for any direct damages is limited to the amount you paid for the Game, which for the current free version is zero.
§ 07Termination
Your licence terminates automatically if you breach these Terms. Sections 02, 05, 06, and 08 survive termination.
§ 08Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts and execution offices of İstanbul (Çağlayan).

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through an in-game notice or the Game’s store listing. The current version is always the one on this page.
