Konnex ("Uygulama") Singrey Builds tarafından geliştirilen ve sağlanan bir mobil oyun hizmetidir. Uygulamayı indirip kullanarak aşağıdaki şartları kabul etmiş sayılırsınız.

1. Lisans

Singrey Builds size, kişisel ve ticari olmayan kullanım için Uygulamayı indirme, yükleme ve kullanma hakkı veren kişisel, devredilemez, münhasır olmayan bir lisans verir. Uygulamanın tüm telif hakları, ticari markaları ve fikri mülkiyet hakları Singrey Builds'a aittir.

2. Kabul Edilebilir Kullanım

Uygulamayı kullanırken aşağıdakileri yapmamayı kabul edersiniz:

Premium üyelik, App Store (Apple) veya Google Play Store üzerinden satın alınır. Ödeme, otomatik yenileme ve iptal işlemleri ilgili mağazanın kuralları çerçevesinde yapılır:

İade talepleri ilgili mağazaya yöneltilmelidir. Singrey Builds doğrudan iade işlemi yapamaz.

4. Hizmet Değişiklikleri

Uygulamayı veya özelliklerini herhangi bir zamanda, önceden bildirimde bulunarak ya da bulunmaksızın değiştirme, askıya alma veya sonlandırma hakkımız saklıdır.

5. Sorumluluk Reddi

Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde, Singrey Builds her türlü açık veya zımni garantiyi reddeder. Uygulamanın kesintisiz, hatasız veya belirli bir amaca uygun çalışacağını garanti etmeyiz.

6. Sorumluluk Sınırlaması

Singrey Builds, Uygulamanın kullanımından kaynaklanan dolaylı, tesadüfi, özel veya cezai zararlardan sorumlu tutulamaz. Toplam sorumluluk, son 12 ay içinde Premium için ödediğiniz ücretle sınırlıdır.

7. Geçerli Hukuk ve Uyuşmazlık Çözümü

Bu sözleşme Türkiye Cumhuriyeti yasalarına tabidir. İhtilaflar İstanbul Mahkemeleri ve İcra Daireleri'nin yetkisindedir.

8. Değişiklikler

Bu şartları zamanla güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli değişiklikler bu sayfada yayımlanır. Değişiklik sonrası Uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmeniz, yeni şartları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.

Konnex ("App") is a mobile game service developed and provided by Singrey Builds. By downloading and using the App, you agree to the following terms.

Singrey Builds grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to download, install, and use the App for personal, non-commercial use. All copyrights, trademarks, and intellectual property rights in the App are owned by Singrey Builds.

Premium membership is purchased through the App Store (Apple) or Google Play Store. Payment, auto-renewal, and cancellation are handled per the respective store's terms:

Refund requests must be directed to the respective store. Singrey Builds cannot process refunds directly.

4. Service Changes

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the App or its features at any time, with or without prior notice.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Singrey Builds disclaims all express or implied warranties. We do not warrant that the App will operate uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.

6. Limitation of Liability

Singrey Builds is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of the App. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Premium in the last 12 months.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices.

8. Changes

We may update these terms over time. Significant changes will be published on this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
